Each returning survivor contributes +1 endeavor to the settlement. Survivors can spend endeavors to innovate, build new settlement locations, or perform unique actions. To spend an endeavor, nominate a survivor, reduce the settlement's total endeavors by 1, and follow the rules for the action the endeavor was spent on. Unless stated otherwise, the action's effects apply only to the nominated survivor.
