At the start of the survivors' turn, all survivors gains -1 movement token. (Survivors with less than 1 movement may still move 1 space.)
When a survivor's movement is reduced to 0, they suffer a random brain trauma. Remove all tokens that survivor gained from Silent Hymn.
At any time, a survivor may spend all their survival (at least 1) to remove all tokens gained from Silent Hymn.
